Terms

Terms.

These terms apply to lessons with Pyvon Education. By enquiring, buying lessons, or taking a lesson, you agree to them. Questions go to .

Pyvon Education offers private one-to-one English lessons on Zoom, lasting about 50 minutes. First-time visitors start with an enquiry. A place is offered after that enquiry, so we can manage teaching time.

Fees are discussed after an enquiry, in US dollars (USD). They are not listed on the public site. Once you have a place, you can buy any number of lessons at your agreed rate. Each purchase is its own pack. You can pay in USD or another currency enabled on PayFast. PayFast converts the amount and includes its conversion charge, so the total there may not match the listed dollar amount exactly. That is the same payment, not a second charge. Foreign-currency payments on PayFast work with Visa and Mastercard.

If more than one of your children takes lessons with us, you can buy one lesson pack and use those lessons across your children. Each purchase is for one type of lesson — general English or IELTS — not mixed. A general-English purchase cannot be used for an IELTS lesson.

Unused lessons expire 6 months after the purchase date and cannot be booked after that. You can request a refund of unused lessons only while they are still valid. After they expire, they cannot be refunded. If a refund is issued, it is the unused share of what you paid, converted at the rate on the refund date.

A lesson that is taught uses one credit. If you give at least 12 hours’ notice, we will move the lesson and it will not use a credit. Less than 12 hours’ notice, or no notice, counts as a missed lesson and uses one credit. A taught lesson and a missed lesson both count as used, so they cannot be refunded as unused.

IELTS preparation is available at a premium rate. New students get a quote after an enquiry.

We do not promise exam scores, visa outcomes, or a specific result. Materials on this site are original work for learning. Do not copy them to sell or republish.

We may refuse an enquiry or end lessons if we cannot offer a suitable place, if payment is not made, or if the lessons cannot be run properly. For privacy, see the Privacy page.
