Yes. Each student works with a consistent teacher, and parents stay involved.
Send an enquiry. First-time visitors are accepted after that enquiry, so we can manage teaching time.
Tell us your goals; we’ll discuss a suitable lesson plan and fees after your enquiry. Fees are in US dollars (USD).
Existing students paying through PayFast can pay in USD or another currency enabled on PayFast. PayFast converts the amount and includes its conversion charge, so the total there may not match the listed dollar price exactly. That is expected — it is the same payment, not a second charge. Foreign-currency payments on PayFast work with Visa and Mastercard.
If more than one of your children takes lessons with us, you can buy one lesson pack and use those lessons across your children. You do not need a separate purchase for each child.
Each purchase is for one type of lesson — general English or IELTS — not mixed. If you need both, make a separate purchase for each type. A parent can still use one purchase across their children when those lessons are the same type. A general-English purchase cannot be used for an IELTS lesson.
If you give at least 12 hours’ notice, we will move the lesson and it will not use a credit. Less than 12 hours’ notice, or no notice, counts as a missed lesson and uses one credit.
A lesson that is taught or missed uses one credit from that purchase.
Unused lessons expire 6 months after the purchase date and cannot be booked after that. You can request a refund of unused lessons only while they are still valid. After they expire, they cannot be refunded. If a refund is issued, it is the unused share of what you paid, converted at the rate on the refund date.
A taught lesson and a missed lesson both count as used, so they cannot be refunded as unused. A refund is only for lessons that were not taught and not missed, and only while that purchase is still valid.
IELTS preparation is available at a premium rate. New students get a quote after an enquiry. If you already have a place with us, ask about your rate when you enquire. A general-English purchase cannot be used for an IELTS lesson.
