Pyvon Education respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. The public contact address is [email protected].

We collect information you send us when you enquire or write to us. That usually includes your name, email address, who the lessons are for, what you want to work on, and when you are usually free. If you have a place with us, we also keep the information needed to run your lessons: your agreed lesson type, schedule, lesson notes for teaching, lesson credits, and payment records.

We teach children as well as adults. For a child, a parent or guardian enquires and stays involved. We collect the parent or guardian’s contact details. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent or guardian.

We use this information to reply to enquiries, decide whether we can offer a place, plan and deliver lessons, keep track of credits and purchases, process payments, and send practical messages about lessons. We do not sell your information.

Payments are processed by PayFast. We do not store your full card number. Lessons take place on Zoom, which has its own privacy policy. We also use email, hosting, and other service providers as needed to run the school. They only receive what they need to do that work.

We keep this information while you have a place with us, and for as long as we need it for teaching records, payments, or legal reasons. If you want to see, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email [email protected].

This site may use cookies or similar tools that help it work securely. The site does not list public prices, and it does not publish student or parent names.
